Apply and extend previous understanding of operations with fractions to add, subtract, multiply, and divide rational numbers.

3. Solve real-world and mathematical problems involving the four operations with rational numbers. The lesson plan contains a two day activity where students are divided into groups and they can plan their hypothetical prom.  Graphs and data can be compared on a class level.
